The Pygmalion interventions with both staff and students had a powerful impact on our school.  Pygmalion modelled strategies and led innovative training sessions designed to empower staff and arm them with different methods to try in different situations and with different students, particularly those with extreme and erratic patterns of behaviour.

They also tightened up procedures and ensured that there was commonality of practice across the board.

The work with the Leadership Team was excellent and enabled us to look objectively at our performance and discuss issues as a team. It also gave me, personally, a sense or renewed purpose in dealing with line management issues I had found challenging in the past.
