• Working with schools to improve behaviour by changing attitudes of staff and students in order to find new collaborative and successful approaches to challenging circumstances.
• Enabling diverse and multi-disciplinary teams to develop a cohesive and strategic culture in order to improve provision.
• Developing leadership at all levels to enhance personal, departmental and organisational performance through coaching and team building.
• Delivery of an international Global Citizenship training process which enables teachers and educators to develop and evolve teaching and learning methodologies in  a Global Citizenship framework with a focus on international networking.
